Very unprofessional conduct from the team. The settlement was scheduled for 2 PM, but at 11 AM we were informed of a change in the settlement amount due to the bank. Despite understanding that the change was from the bank’s end, we were told that the settlement would be blocked unless DAM Lawyers’ invoice was paid immediately. This approach is unreasonable and caused unnecessary stress on the day of settlement.
