Amazing service. I am especially grateful to the Supervisor from Head office I spoke to over the phone on Sunday 7th August 2022 @ 15:30(unfortunately I didn't take her name). She has exceptional customer service skills everything you would expect from customer services. Thank you again for all your help.
I cancelled my son's PCR appointment 48 hours before (appointment was for the 5th August & I cancelled on the 3rd (today at time of writing). No refund given. Thieves. AVOID!
Quick and effective. Although they didn’t have enough forms for Japan. Staff were friendly but asked me to go out and print a copy of the Japanese form before they could sign it.
