In a world of uncertainty and instability, Daly Zen is my second home, my safe place where love and light can coexist with the shadows and heaviness life sometimes thrusts upon us. As my Reiki Master, yoga instructor and friend, Shannon has brought a sense of peace, spirituality and connectedness with the divine to my life that I cannot be more grateful for. Women supporting women and spiritual beings seeing one another is what this world needs more of. All the love and success to my peaceful warrior friend!
I had a wonderful reiki experience. Calm and welcoming environment. I felt more balanced and lighter afterwards, like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. Highly recommend!
