Ive tried getting ahold of this place 5 times now; they gave me someone else’s tax returns with all their information, then proceed to say that they would never do that. I’ve even showed up to this place several times and it seems like no one is ever there. I wanted to refrain from this but withholding my tax papers is a federal offense, along with giving me someone else’s tax information. Well after a whole year someone had finally gotten back to me. Still do not recommend.
