I love Dalton's! Anytime I want to find that special gift or card that feels just right, I go here. Their selection of goods is very versatile & their prices are reasonable.
I hesitated for a while about leaving a review, but I have had such an unfortunate experience here. While I am sure that shopping here in person is a lovely experience, I ordered something from them online since I live out of state. This was back in April. I never received the item. I called several times before being able to speak with the manager and she was very kind and apologized and said she would ship the item again for me the next day, and that I would get an email confirmation with tracking information.
