Hank helped me with buying a lift assist chair. I was on the fence about which one to buy. He knows a lot about his inventory, and spent a lot of time explaining to me what I needed to know. I didn’t purchase the chair while I was there. I called him a few days later, and told him I wanted to purchase one of the chairs we talked about. It was almost 5pm when I called.
