Paid 165.00 to thes guys in 2014 to request a council tax rebate and never heard from them since. Took my money and promised to be in touch, but that was over 3 years ago!
Didn't know what council tax rebate was possible until Dalton and Dalton informed me that I was paying too much council tax. Good to give these guys a 5*
Received a call from Dalton and Dalton a few months ago informing me that I was in the wrong Council Tax Band. Went ahead with it because I always felt that I was paying more than my neighbour. Last week I recieved a back pay of £2400 for extra payments I made.
