I stopped by yesterday looking for tiles. The woman in the red jacket was incredibly kind. You should really value employees like her. I don't even know her name, but she is a very kind person—and she knows both German and Russian words! 26.05.2026
Beautiful tile. A wonderful staff, that were so helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and kind.
Customer service is awful.
*UPDATE: after reading other reviews I have to say, shame on this company for not doing something about its lacking customer service. You’ve had the opportunity. Came out to buy tile that I had researched online. My daughter walked in and the woman at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then we walked around for several minutes, again, no greeting, or “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. Then my husband came in. Again, no greeting. At this point I’ve gathered several samples that are similar to what I designed online.... read more
