This is definitely not a place you want to be involved with for your project. Rude and condescending is just for openers. This business not only lost a sale, it has gained a truthful review. It is my understanding Home Depot associates with this company, beware.
This is for the delivery truckers, tight backing small lot they drop couple trailers in front of curb making it hard to pull up to align trailer, trucks from other places pass through the narrow area, making it even harder to make deliveries, the ladies in the showroom at the front don’t seem too friendly either. Don’t recommend for deliveries.
Had a fantastic experience at the showroom today. Quaid was so helpful with our tile choices, and gave us great direction and ideas. We have used Daltile before, but this was our first time in the showroom. Would highly recommend!
