My husband and I visited the Daltile showroom in hopes of finding a tile that would blend with our existing Daltile floor as we have 3 broken tiles and it is no longer available. After several phone calls we were not able to find any in existence anywhere. Our home is only 5 years old and re-tiling our entire large bathroom with a walk-in shower is not an option. They pulled our name from the granite and ended up selling the granite we already purchased to someone else. They STOLE this right from under our feet.

We purchased our quartzite from from Dal-tile. We specifically chose the pieces for its unique pattern. We came into the facility numerous times to make sure our order was still stored in the warehouse. Each time, we were told no problem. 'Let us know when you need them.' The general manager, Mike, sold our pieces to another customer and then proceeded to replace them with other pieces that did not have the unique pattern. Update: You know its a terrible company when they respond to the 5 star reviews but ignore the 1 star ones. Parents bought a piece of granite from these guys. Then a big builder came in, wanted the granite my parents purchased, so these guys STOLE the piece my parents selected then gave it to the big builder. If you are a private individual I wouldnt trust these guys at all!

We picked out our granite that we liked. Franklin Building issued a PO for this grant to be cut and installed in our house. Before Franklin Building cut the granite they ask us to come a show them how we wanted it cut. It was at this time we discovered this was not our granite. We went back to Daltile and talked to Kim. She could see in her system that our granite was canceled and a different price was re-entered. We did not pick this out and was not told of thos at all.
