Their contractor service center is very slow. You always have to wait 20-30 minutes to get a couple of things
Would have loved to have tried this place, showed up at 12:40 and they state open until 1PM on Saturdays and they were closed, no note on door, wasted my time.
Handed the wrong tile, wasted 2 hours to deliver that…. Then to find out the hours posted online don’t match the store so now I’m down 4 days to get the correct material for my job. 4 days behind before I even start, awesome!
Kim was fantastic to work with! We are very picky and had to go back a couple of times. I recommend Daltile to anyone who is having a hard time deciding on colors and patterns for their tile needs.
