I called this a HELLTILE experience working with this business for the first time. I placed an order on 04/23/24 for two different kinds of tile to be installed on a project. The Manager of this store (City of Industry) confirmed that both tiles would be ready for pickup in 10 business days and shouldn't be worried about it. Well, not too fast! I went to look some tiles. They have a great selection but take between 3-5 weeks to get them.
Great food and good service
I asked for help to find a tile and the person panicked and said they could not help me even with a picture of the tile. They didn't even try.
Found these corners, double bull nose that I need to complete my project, Ron was very helpful & nice
