I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I visited to find tile that would match what I already have at home, and was told a special order could be placed. I selected the tile using the barcode provided and proceeded with the order, but unfortunately, I received the wrong product. When I contacted the store to request a refund or resolution, my concerns were not properly addressed.
