Unfortunately I've had an incredibly difficult and exhaustive experience trying to resolve a tile issue. There was an initial issue with widespread discoloration that stopped happening after 10 or so uses (1st pic), but after 6 months, tiles along the tub became saturated with water and discolored (2nd pic). We haven't used our new bathroom for 3 months in an attempt to let them dry out and see if there's a fix. Staff has been minimally responsive.
