I had a very frustrating experience trying to return extra tiles from my project. I brought back four unopened boxes that I didn’t end up needing, well within the 30-day return window. At first, the staff tried to deny the return by claiming it had to be within 30 days — which it clearly was. When I pointed that out, they changed the reason and said they would only process a return if I had at least five boxes.
