I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed by the product that I felt compelled to write one. I ordered a box for my fiance for Valentine's Day and wow! The chocolates are beautiful and the flavors and textures are excellent. She has already told me that she will be wanting another box so that she can try more flavors.
Simply Delicious!
My beloved public relations manager, Jennifer Marie Ellis is a vegan and every year I send her a box of vegan chocolates for the holidays. She absolutely raves about the vegan chocolate assortment made by Dallmann Confections. This year by my own mistake the chocolates arrived at my house instead of hers and when I called Dallmanns to see if I could reship them to her they offered to replace the box at their cost and send them fresh to her. I ordered a vegan version of their advent calendar. The presentation is great, and the chocolate is delicious. Also, when I had a question about the status of my online order, someone got back to me right away and they were super nice.
Ridiculous. No ice bag for shipping. 5 chocolate melted. It’s such an expensive chocolate package can’t believe this kinda customer experience. Really suck
