spent 4 plus months last year calling this place over summer..easily left 15 voice mails..no call backs..I randomly ran into owner at business and was told it was my fault for not seeing her cell number on the window...also blamed verizon.unprofessional..bad attitude..blamrshifting..completely non communicative...go elsewhere...
We have been going here for at least 15 years and have been very pleased with them and their work. But apparently this year (2021) they have retired, according to the notice on their business door. Tried several times calling and number not available, so decided to go make a visit to the office. Was totally shocked. We never received a letter or anything telling us they are no longer in business. Very unprofessional.
We’ve been going to Dallastown Tax Services since they were in their home on E Maple St and now have been trying to contact them and there no longer is a voicemail, plus we’ve been contacted by IRS since there were issues and we owed more money then what we were told and signed on our taxes. Our tax services cost $210 and it’s strange that’s the exact amount that the IRS told us over the phone today is what we owed to pay what was still owed!
