Not many have the Tomato frames but the lack of customer service, despite being a repeat customer, really wears down on you. The store is never open, a visit “during business hours” means nothing. No one answers the phone, no one calls you back. Hopefully with this review I can at least schedule a pick up of the pair of frames I ordered that were supposed to be ready several weeks ago.
We absolutely love DYO! Melissa is the BEST! They have the most stylish and durable glasses for my 2 kids! They are always so helpful when we reorder. Would give more stars if I could! I would highly recommend to anyone with kids!
They never answer the phone/voicemails and they don’t bother to inform you when your child’s glasses are available for pick up. Just go to Target; they have much better customer service.
