I had a fantastic experience. Friendly staff welcomed me upon entry into the store (even though I could clearly see all associates were busy with customers.); and told me they would be with me shortly. Within 5 minutes of that greeting, I had my own associate assistant to do a fitting with. New to running and wanted to find a shoe more specific for my needs. I found Dallas Running Co by searching online, then called & spoke to Delaney. I drove straight up there to meet him. He scanned my feet, looked at my stride, presented me with options, and I purchased a great pair of Brooks. Very nice shoe store, and Delany was professional, knowledgeable and helpful with the process of selecting the proper running shoe. Definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.
Service is great! They didn't have what I wanted, but offered an alternative. I tried the alternative the night before my morning workout and ended up not liking them. Brought them back and was fully refunded, no problem. Would definitely recommend if you are a runner and don't use barefoot shoes.
