BEWARE: not up to snuff on shoe knowledge. Not a bad store, decent selection, some good apparel and tools. But, and it’s a big but, these people don’t really know anything about shoes. I’ve been in here several times, and each time I hear someone say something about a shoe or shoe line that is questionable. The last time I was there someone represented there is a “fad” among shoe manufacturers to eliminate low drop shoes and they are simply not available anymore. 100% incorrect. Very happy with my experience today. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a decision by Will and got to try multiple inserts and shoe styles. The scan process was great and he listened to my wants and needs without brushing me off. Much better than what Luke’s has turned into IMO. Go here!
We’ve been to a fair amount of running stores and I always felt pressured, but working with Billy here was the best buying experience I’ve had. He went out of his way to help examine our gait, spent the extra time answering our questions past closing time. Honestly fantastic service, we’ll be back!
Suzy’s was so sweet. She really wanted to help get me in the right shoe for my narrow foot! Although they don’t carry them she found a great Brooks option that she was able to order for me! It’s perfect and she was so helpful!
