It’s been about 10 years since I’ve had shoes actually fitted to me. After having a subpar experience and left feeling frustrated at a different store, my wife found Dallas Running Company for me to try. We went and were helped by Quinn, and had an amazing experience! He helped me go through the scanning and fitting process, and his knowledge and expertise was so helpful! I visited the store yesterday to discuss an issue I had with a defective pair of shoes and Hector was incredibly helpful and nice and exchanged my shoes for me at no cost due to the extenuating circumstances and I was super impressed his professionalism and kindness and will definitely be returning back to give this location more business. Thank you Hector for great customer service and for taking care of me .
