Heidi is amazing! She is very warm and explains the entire process of what she is doing. She made me feel comfortable, checked in along the way. She was honest about downtime and checked in on me the next day.

She was very respectful and generous to me while I was getting my treatments done. She always made sure I was comfortable and offered me a break if needed during my treatments, which I was very grateful for. She knew all the answers to my questions and also provided very detailed post-treatment instructions to help me with after my treatments.
