Wonderful customer service by Debbie. I'm an escapee from the people's republic of California where most government employees are rude inefficient. She was very polite and courteous as she explained why it was my taxes had doubled since I moved here two years ago and why I had not received a tax bill. Actually it turned out to be my attorneys fault and not letting me know that I was eligible for homestead exemption. They are absolutely helpless. The Tax assessor Weida Sheehan has no knowledge or education on any of the county's assessments along with giving horrible customer service and attitude over the phone. Horrible organization with an absolutely horrific tax assessor.
