I had neck pain radiating down into my shoulder from sports. Helped muscles relax big time so I could actually sleep again at night. First session was great but relief and full range of motion only lasted half the day due to my severe muscle tightness and knots, was still alot better overall then before that night. Actually could sleep more then an hour at a time for the first time in 4 days. Second visit helped even more. Highly recommended trying this for pain relief or relaxation. Ill be back again for sure
