Really don’t appreciate how I was treated on reception. Older woman has a bad attitude, if you can’t be bothered dealing with the public in a front face job, then don’t work in a doctors surgery where you have to speak to people face to face. Rude.
Tried scheduling a phone consultation with a GP, not even a face-to-face appointment. Failed miserably nonetheless
Lack of correspondence or any kind of follow up care. Good luck seeing the doctor you seen last time or just to get their receptionists not even leave a message, I don't want to take up a whole appointment just to pass information on. The receptionist if you want to call them are rude and don't want you to access the service it's always call back at 8am.
