The young girls behind the coffee and sandwich counter need to drop the attitude! Obviously they don't want to be working there and think it's beneath them. Rude and treat elderly people like they are invisible. However, the older ladies that work there on the tills are amazing and good customer service. The two young employees behind the sandwich counter need to lose the hostility or get another job. Sixth time we have been treated rudely by these girls!

This place is great to get fresh produce with decent price, compared to other places and supermarkets around peninsula. People are great and give you great advice and helpful here. Younger girls who're working here abit naive and don't know much about customer service buts it's OK. Only thing annoying thing is they are closing on Saturday at 2.30pm. Usually love this place, but stopped for some tea and Light lunch today and it was very clear that the girl behind the counter hates her job. She wasn't outwardly rude, but completely disengaged and only interested in doing the bare minimum and her bad attitude was plastered across her face. She looked absolutely miserable, and when we asked for a couple of spinach rolls (for 2 ppl) she put them in the same bag and also didn't put milk in my tea. Really put me off coming back any time soon.
