I had a very frustrating experience at this store. I was a victim of a snatching incident inside/near the premises, and it had just happened minutes before I asked for help. I requested to review the CCTV footage immediately, but the staff (male with glasses around 5'4 height and mid 20's) told me I needed to file a police report first and that it could take a few days. I understand there may be policies in place, but in situations like this where timing is critical, it would really help if staff could respond with more urge... read more
