I was excited to start my weight loss journey with Dalewood and made an initial payment. I then found out that, due to medical reasons, I could not participate. I requested a refund and was told that it would be sent within 5 business days. 12 days later they made a "personalized" book for me, sent it out 2 days after that, and charged me $425 for it. Total scammers and despicable behaviour. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!
Horrible Company, Won't give any medical notes, feedback is less than helpful. The only thing good about this is the genetic test, but then when it comes back they just tell you generic advice and leave you to your own devices. When i asked them for a medical note for my employer to cut me some slack tofulfill this program they declined and said they cant issue, it BS, they simply dont want to. Had i known about the phone support and generic feedback i would have never gone, but now that they have 1,700 and the genetic test ... read more
