Loaded fast, great place
One of the easiest check in/out process'. FCFS in and out within an hour. Check in/out associate was very professional and helpful. No scale on site, there is a scale appx 3 miles from warehouse. Clean port-a-pots. Well organized and time friendly.
This place treats truck drivers like they’re not even human. We’re the ones delivering your freight, yet we’re forced to squat or sit on the dirty ground in the heat while waiting for paperwork or a door. Meanwhile, your staff sits behind glass under the A/C like royalty, talking to us through a radio — as if we’re not worth letting inside. If you’re so concerned about your “safety” that you don’t allow drivers inside, fine. But then have the decency to put some chairs outside and offer water.
