Dale and his team at CMG are absolutely wonderful. We had a lender that had us preapproved for the loan on a house we were purchasing. Days before closing they surprised us with a list of items that needed to be done on the property before they would give final approval for the loan. The last-minute items could not be done in time with us in Indiana preparing to move. We were referred to CMG. Dale looked at the details and told us he could get us closed in ten days.
