Horrible experience working with Dale Sauer. Dale is a great salesman, but not a builder with integrity. Never use this builder.

Absolutely! Look one hears horror stories about building a custom home ... our experience with Dale was as far away as it could be from that. Building a custom home is a fully engaging project ... Dale Makes it an amazing experience. I rarely give out recommendations but I swear by Dale and have recommended him to my closest friends and they too now live in an outstanding home !
