Contacted Mr. Robbins for help with an insurance claim. Was very hard to get in touch with. Seemed very knowledgeable but very hard to work with. He promised he would be in touch with me several times and never called me back, i waited over a week with no response. I finally gave up on him and had to move on. I would not recommend his services to anyone that needed a straight forward and timely solution.

This alone is reason enough that we decided to have our own insurance adjuster, a “Public Adjuster” that worked for us and represented our interests!
