Horrible service, person on the phone does not speak English clearly. He sent me a mailer when I got a speeding ticket, I am out of state. The usual cost is $100. but he charged me $500. I heard nothing from him, but did get one unintelligible phone call from his office, from a person for whom English is not their first language.
