My parents BOUGHT their house here, but the staff don't care. They received NO CARE, even though they both are self funded retires. Don't buy into this bullshit. They don't care about anything but money. Both my parents are in hospital now but they won't let me into their house, I repeat THEIR HOUSE, to bring them clothes, toiletries or their electronic devices. Shame on you
I spent 63 days there and the carers were great thoroughly enjoyed the experience
