Never ever use Chad for tax prep. He made multiple errors on my 2023 return, resulting in my having to request an amended return in 2025. He said he would take care of it, and even sent me a copy of the amended return he was going to file. He then never filed it. I only found out when the IRS sent me my money back. I now am going to owe fees and interest due to his gross incompetence.

I called asking for help with my taxes. I told him I have been doing my own taxes but now my business has grown and I need help. He told me he was not interested and hung up on me. Very rude Dale! Thumbs down. If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. Dale can you explain why you were so rude and hung up on me? I called your office for help???

He has been doing my taxes for over a decade. He is a true professional, and as a pastor I greatly appreciate his ethics and his know-how to make sure that as a self employed person I am taken care of! He is kind, responsive, and attentive to all your needs and questions...highly recommended!!

Completed my taxes fine but had to email my account number to direct deposit. It was intercepted and sent to a greenback card. Tried to get it resolved..would not answer or return my calls..CAN YOU SAY INSIDE JOB! Money was lost...I would not use them!!
