Dale Buchanan is a crook!! My mother had been denied disability and contacted Dale Buchanan for help. He delayed a hearing for as long as possible because his fee is a portion of the awarded amount. The longer he waits, the more money he gets. It wasn't until we contacted our congressman for assistance that a hearing was scheduled. In the interim, my mother was forced to file bankruptcy. He and his associates, including the former judge that is now on his payroll, are not out to help people, they are out for themselves.
