Emma was great help with the design of our new dining room table, right down to helping with stain colours and finishes. And then Max and Damon delivered our table and were extremely professional, kind and on time. Can't say enough good things about our experience!
Kyle gave us a call as soon as our rug was in stock and ready for pickup. He was friendly, helpful, and kept us updated, which made the whole process quick and easy. Thanks for the great customer service!
The delivery guys, Damon and Max were very courteous and friendly. They took their boots off when in the house and placed all furniture exactly where I wanted them. I also noticed that they communicated very well with each other which made this delivery very efficient. Happy customer.
We love our new sofa! We looked at several furniture stores and despite the higher cost, kept coming back in our minds to the one we had seen at Dala. When we returned Leah helped us out. She was knowledgeable, patient and gracious, asking great questions to help us refine what would work best in our space. And absolutely no sense of pressure as we had experienced elsewhere. The delivery service was also excellent. Matt (Max?) and Daemon even moved our existing sofa upstairs to a new location in our house.
