Terrible technical support! I went weeks with substandard service and the only communication I received back was rude and not in the least bit helpful. Steer clear of DakotaPro. Go with dial-up if you have to! More reliable!
It was a nice company many years ago in Saint David AZ. Bigger does not mean better.
Be careful before signing a contract this company.The contract contains auto renewal clause which is not forthcoming. If you attempt to cancel the agreement, they'll bill you cancellation and penalty fees which are punitive. Even when you attempt to compromise with them they're not willing to work with you. Management at this company is very unyielding, despite years of doing business with them. They treat customers decently as long as you don't cancel services with them.
