Please return your office hours to pre-covid hours. There is no reason that I or anyone else should have to take time off work to count a bag of change. Every time I go wait in line to cash my check in, theres always at least one person that needs to do buisness inside the building. They are turned away by a locked door and go home every single time. This is a huge disservice to the community, and it needs to be fixed. In 2019 I could walk in at 4pm and get done what I need with no fuss. Now people wait in line for the windo... read more
