Customer Service in Minot has a new standard of excellence. My car window was stuck in the down position. I received an estimate and proceeded to have the work done. The technician came out in less than 15 minutes to say it was all finished. I was astounded. Not only was the service impressively, fast and professional, but the final bill was significantly less than the estimate. Honesty and efficiency. Highly recommended!
Was quoted $280 for a new windshield, they called me a couple days after I scheduled my appointment and left a voicemail saying they forgot to add the calibration fee for the sensors onto my quote but still quoted me the same $280. So I thought nothing of it when I took it into the appointment, she called and told me it was done so I paid over the phone since my boyfriend was picking it up for me and when I got off the phone and my bank notification came through that it was damn near $700 I was SHOCKED! I have had these people replace my windshield before in my 379 Peterbilt I was very impressed. I was there the other day to have both of them replaced. They replaced both windshields in 50 minutes very much professionally done. I recommend them to everyone. They also have other branches in the Dakotas. The customer is always number one to them
