Ordered a floating shelf and it arrived with a substantial crack in the corner, likely from shipping. Contacted customer service and it was replaced right away without my prompting. Great service and great shelf. Thank you!
Great craftsmanship. Wanted a live edge mantle to finish off the lake house. Product is beautiful and install is easy. Thanks again. High quality wood products at a great price.
I ordered the floating shelves and was sent the mounting bracket in two sections without any kind of template. The bracket in the instructions show a one piece bracket. This was considered a special order and I was charged almost $300 for two shelves. The order stated that the bracket needed to be cut which I took that as they were being cut to size. I spoke to customer service and they didn't take any responsibility for the miscommunication.

Great craftsmanship and price, super easy to install as it comes with everything you need. In fact one shelve got damaged during shipping and they immediately send us a new one. We installed these in our tasting room wall, and they turned out great!
