Great craftsmanship and price, super easy to install as it comes with everything you need. In fact one shelve got damaged during shipping and they immediately send us a new one. We installed these in our tasting room wall, and they turned out great!
I’m highly impressed by this company. I ordered a chunky wood mantle which was 79” and I needed 60 so they cut it to my size and restained the ends. It is stunning! It arrived quickly and on time and was professionally well packaged. I’m thrilled with it and would highly recommend them without a doubt. I also spoke to them over the phone and the customer service is top shelf! Don’t go anywhere else! I plan on getting floating shelves as well.
I recently picked up some floating shelves and a mantle from Dakota Timber Co. —absolutely love them! Super high quality and craftmanship. The team there was awesome to work with, going above and beyond to help me work out a slight measurement issue. Highly recommend checking them out!
They may have good products but their customer service is awfull. I've purchase a few items from them for my job and I need to get their W9 to properly bill the items. They refuse to send me their W9 claiming they don't share the information. What kind of business do they run? Then on our persistence, they were either super rude, or we have no response back. We are a trade show company and we are always purchasing items needed for our booths. I guess they don't want to keep doing business with us. That's a shame.
Not the most well made but they look good for the most part. Sloppy routing made a crack and there is a larger chip in the other. Update: the customer service team was very responsive and generous enough to send me two new shelves to replace the damaged ones.
