Haven't been able to use it yet, I'm still waiting on the charger to arrive. They were nice and let me know the chargers didn't meet quality control. Still, I haven't been able to use their product for over a month now...
I have a lot of equipment that require batteries. I have for years purchased those batteries from a typical big box store. Good batteries at a fair cost. I bought two batteries for my mobility scooter, but couldn’t get their charger because they don’t have the right plugs. Happy so far!
I ordered a12 volt 14ah battery for my generator and received 2 12volt 7ah batteries which are not set up for my generator return them cost me 26 dollars and the refund was another 10 dollars short of what I originally paid never again will I by batteries from you
The batteries I ordered do not work. I've tried calling and emailing to get a label to send them back. It's impossible to get a refund from Dakota. I have filed with the BBB. Maybe that will help me. Your batteries may be OK I don't know mine have not been out of the box. Give me my refund and the batteries will return to you.
