I had a great experience at Dakota Grit! James took more time than any therapist I’ve worked with in the past to help me get pain relief and build strength.
James is a master at what he does. I was lucky enough to work with him multiple times over the past three years, and he always got to the root of the problem to aid in long-term recovery. James tries different modalities, and if one doesn't work, he has plenty of tricks up his sleeve. He is very responsive to patient feedback. I came to James with a bad groin injury right before my track season. I had gone to other people for 6 months with very little improvement, however, James had me feeling good enough to start SPRINTING the day after I saw him. Later that season, I set a record-breaking 200m dash time. This guy knows his stuff!
James is Top Notch. From the moment I contacted him for an appointment until today, I have had the best service. He worked with me and my arm to get it back closer to where it needs to be for a normal life. He goes above and beyond and really took the time to get to know me.
