Complete scam. There is an American address but everything is done by a contractor in Canada. Somehow they had all of my info including SSN even though I had not applied for a loan. I froze all of my credit. Dakota Funding has no fraud department or liability at all.
Highway robbery!! Do not I repeat do NOT do business with this company. Interest is through the roof.

This is a double edge sword. They will lend you money when no one else will but if you can't pay it back immediately you will pay 5x the amount. I took out an $800. The biweekly payments were for this loan was $202. Out of the $202 , $1.00 (yes$1.00) went towards the principle. I appreciate them helping me in an emergency but dam!!!
