DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They will get whatever money out of you even if you pay off the loan. If you pay off the loan immediately, outrageous interest amounts will be added.
Complete scam. There is an American address but everything is done by a contractor in Canada. Somehow they had all of my info including SSN even though I had not applied for a loan. I froze all of my credit. Dakota Funding has no fraud department or liability at all.
Highway robbery!! Do not I repeat do NOT do business with this company. Interest is through the roof.
