Great bike shop and even greater people work there. My wove and I got a bike tour, they were really friendly and helpful 100% recomend to anyone. Kim was our guide for the tour and really appreciate her being so helpful and patient with us.
This shop is great. We arranged to ship our bikes home from Medora after touring across Minnesota and North Dakota. Jen was very helpful in answering our questions by phone. When we got to Medora, Jairo (the new owner) talked at length with us about our plans, boxed up our bikes quickly and actually got them "on the road" with UPS / Bikeflights super quick, like less than 48 hours. Stopped in at Dakota Cycling to see about trails or routes for e-bikes. The place has a new owner and he was very insightful. If you are looking for a bike shop or want to rent bikes to go into the park I would check out this shop.
Wow great to find a fully stocked bike shop. The staff was so helpful with trail ideas and the owner's collection and donated bikes really take you back to the beginning of mountain biking. Rentals available but if you forgot something they have what you need.
This shop is the best. I called to order a bike, and Jen was incredibly helpful with all my questions. Delivered in just a few days, and when I arrive to pick it up, Jairo was great with helping me get the bike fitted for my height and everything. These folks set me up with a really great route, and their shuttle service is very simple and easy. 10/10, these folks know what theyre doing. Don't hesitate to check the shop out.
