I'm only giving them one star because that's what I have to do in order to write a review. However I will say that this was my worst car rental experience ever in my life. Harmony lied about the condition of the vehicle. I was told that it seats seven and in fact it only did see seven when it was a minivan this should be seating eight, the very back seat on the passenger side did not latch was a danger to anyone riding in the vehicle as I found out after taking it to the dealership to find out why it wasn't latching.
