Fantastic. For something I found difficult, Emma really took the time and patience to step me through my will.
Cannot recommend Emma enough, great attention to detail, honest and to the point.
I dealt with Dakin Law as a beneficiary. Initial contact was fine, until I received a call a week or so later advising me of the same thing, turns out they thought I was another beneficiary. Luckily I caught on before they mentioned an confidential information such as amount left. My banks details were requested so I sent them via email. No reply or confirmation of receiving them so I had to follow up myself to confirm. I received a notice at 6 months saying payment will be made by Early August, however this didn't happen.
