I visited Daiso at AEON Cheras Selatan recently and asked one of the staff who was arranging items for some assistance. Unfortunately, the response was quite disappointing. The staff gave an unfriendly facial expression and seemed bothered by my question. I understand they might be busy, but good and professional customer service should always be a priority. I hope the management will take note and work on improving their customer service quality.
Supposed to be an affordable place for household items
Happened on the 22/11 at 7:15pm. Wanted to pay using the self check out kiosk but it was faulty. Headed over to the payment counter and was greeted by a very unfriendly and rude personnel. Orang nak bayar aje tak payah nak marah cakap pasal payment cash aje. Cakap baik baik tak boleh ke ?
