First call to the company the gentleman on the phone was very rude off the bat. When asking if I can talk to another person. He explained how busy he was etc. My call was to setup my daughter for pickup as she was going to be starting Muskego High School after the 2nd quarter from another school district. First day for pickup the bus just flies by her it's -10 outside. I call the number same rude gentleman answers. Tells me to hold. Says the bus driver says "my child hasn't been on all year."
