Great little small town bank. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lines are rarely too long but it does make sense to call ahead to schedule time if you need something the tellers can’t do themselves. Safe deposit box service is reasonably priced too.
My experience with Dairy State Bank in Birchwood is nothing but positive. Friendly tellers, quick service. So glad they are in Birchwood!
I was the only other customer in the bank and they acted like I was not even there. I came in because I needed change and when I finally spoke up and asked for service to give me change the teller acted like it was my fault. I would have been better served at a busy gas station. I would never open an account there based off of their service. Not impressed.
Above and beyond service and really nice people. There's nothing like banking with a small-town bank. Highly recommend!
