This is the worse bank I have ever banked with, I have had service fees and other fees taken from my account for no reason. Unable to transfer or send payments online on their site. Called in to the branch to transfer money, was told I could not, I had to go into the branch to do it, I went into the branch and was told I could not transfer money to another account. Very bad bank nothing but problems from day one with personal and business accounts.
EMPLOYEES ARE VERY WELL TRAINED AND PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT
I have received very poor customer service on several occasions. Needs new management.
small bank. stupid made up rules. plays by their own games. half the time you cant get into your online access because online is "down for service". And the smaller buildings have to get everything approved through ricelake. literally the only reason i haven't changed banks is because i don't want to do my jobs paperwork. And no. Its not my bloomer branch i have issues with. Its the bank as a whole. Stop trying to call me to get me to change my review.
