I have received very poor customer service on several occasions. Needs new management.
small bank. stupid made up rules. plays by their own games. half the time you cant get into your online access because online is "down for service". And the smaller buildings have to get everything approved through ricelake. literally the only reason i haven't changed banks is because i don't want to do my jobs paperwork. And no. Its not my bloomer branch i have issues with. Its the bank as a whole. Stop trying to call me to get me to change my review.

I am truly so sick of this bank. Horrible service, and they charge fees for literally everything can’t even send me a cashiers check with my remaining balance to close my account without paying money. I’ve been with them for like 10 years and have never been charged for a replacement card. I wish I could give zero stars.
