I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the customer service from this company has been so poor that I felt I had to warn others. I ordered two items on Sunday evening and paid for 24-hour delivery. By Wednesday, I had received no update, no notification, no tracking details — nothing. I called and was told that Royal Mail shipping was down and that they would call me back within 15 minutes with an update. I’m still waiting for that call. Amazing clothes! Been joining jades lives since she started them us girls absolutely love them. We all love a good bargain. Brilliant work Jade. Couldn’t fault the clothes neither amazing quality.
Do not order from this place. Poor poor qaulity. My daughter is 6 and the outfits in age 8 were skin tight! I’ve never in all my years had clothes of such poor quality. Asda is better and that’s saying something!’ Suppose if you pay cheap though there’s not much more you can expect. Also the poncho towels are paper thin absolutely awful. Pretty but wouldn’t dry your little finger 🤣🤣 oh and BE WARNED they do NOT issue refunds even though this is against customer consumer rights. Shocking vile company. Money down the drain.
Have been buying off dainty darlings for a while now and I must admit for her prices her stuff is amazing! We always get lots of compliments! And jade is an absolute lovely lady, very nice to speak too and always getting my orders out very fast! I can’t fault her business at all her stuff is amazing! I’m forever grateful and happy with the bits I’ve received so far! Thanks so much
