Great service went into purchase a helmet and some gear. Victor did a great job in pointing me in the right direction when getting gear for the first time.
After getting my first bike the brand came highly recommended. Walked into the NYC store 7/30/2025 and was not greeted and no one made any attempt to even talk to me. It wasn’t until I asked was I helped and even then both staff members seemed occupied helping one person. I received no help for a jacket, pants, gloves, etc. both staff seemed more concerned helping a single person than providing any help to me.
