This is truly an example of customer service at its best. During the Labor Day week, I wanted to take advantage of the helmet sale at Dainese NYC. Before heading there, I called the store and spoke with Chino, who was extremely helpful in checking availability. Was in Dainese Saturday and was helped and fitted for my first jacket . Chino did a great job in helping me find my sizes and something that fits my style . Definitely recommend going and shopping whenever your in the city and looking for new gear
employee sized me wrong. First this employee instructed me to a helmet that did not fit correctly. My whole lower jaw was sitting outside of the helmet and my whole face was squished in to the point of not being able to see well. I was the. Was Told that this was a perfect fit. Mind you I have owned multiple helmets, including Alpine stars R10, Arai, and AGV K6. All have been broken in and sized appropriately with that in mind. Great service went into purchase a helmet and some gear. Victor did a great job in pointing me in the right direction when getting gear for the first time.
After getting my first bike the brand came highly recommended. Walked into the NYC store 7/30/2025 and was not greeted and no one made any attempt to even talk to me. It wasn’t until I asked was I helped and even then both staff members seemed occupied helping one person. I received no help for a jacket, pants, gloves, etc. both staff seemed more concerned helping a single person than providing any help to me.
